An ICU Shift During COVID
In 2021, an initiative coordinated by the Graphic Medicine International Collective paired artists with essential workers to tell stories of frontline work during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. My sister, a veteran ICU nurse, trusted me to illustrate her account of a COVID patient that has stayed in her memory.
